My approach is simple, evidence informed and centres entirely around you. I cut through the noise of conflicting social media advice and focus on what your body truly needs, looking beyond the surface symptoms to understand the root cause of what’s going on.

I take the time to fully understand you as a person, your health concerns, and how your symptoms are impacting your day-to-day life. Your symptoms are not random; they are signals. Together, we explore what they are telling us and address what is truly driving them.

Every plan is fully personalised because no two people are the same. Your plan will be designed to nurture from within with no off the shelf protocol, just a thoughtful individual approach.

About Me

I’m a Registered Nurse, Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer, with over 30 years’ experience in health and social care across both public and charitable sectors.

Alongside my clinical background, I’ve spent more than a decade in executive leadership roles, supporting people, teams and organisations through complex challenges. This experience has shaped how I work today. I see the whole person, not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.

Health, fitness and nutrition have always been central to my life. I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more energised and more at ease in their bodies, in a way that genuinely fits their lifestyle.

I believe that true wellbeing comes from understanding and working with the whole person. We will work together in true partnership to support and guide you back to a place of balance and fulfilment where you feel energised, healthy and truly yourself again.

An in-depth health history consultation from birth to current day (allow 1.5/2hrs)
A detailed interpretation of your health picture helping you to fully understand what your symptoms are telling you
Detailed diet and lifestyle analysis to identify nutritional needs
Personalised nutritional and lifestyle plan designed specigfically for you
Recipes tailored to your preferences if required
Naturopathic techniques and guidance where appropriate
Supplementation guidance if appropriate
Bi-weekly appointments to review your plan, make any program adjustments and offer support and guidance
Email/WhatsApp support between appointments for reassurance, support and to ensure you never feel alone

Additional Services

Personal Training

Fitness is an essential part of whole-body health. As a Fitness Coach I can integrate a personal training package in addition to your nutritional therapy that can further support strength, energy, mobility and confidence in your body. Sessions can be in-person at the local gym or an exercise program can be created for you to follow in the comfort of your own home

Workplace Wellbeing Support

Wellbeing support for workplace, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle and sustainable health habits. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, boost energy and support long-term wellbeing. Helping employees feel healthier, more focused and better equipped for productivity both in and out of the workplace. Packages can be tailored to groups of employees or on a 1:1 basis with individuals
